U.S.-Based Shipping
We’re a USA-based company, and many of our items ship from U.S. warehouses.

International Fulfillment
Some of our products are shipped directly from our trusted overseas partners to provide you with more variety and exclusive styles.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information.

📦 Out-of-Stock Item Policy
We do our best to keep our inventory updated and accurate. However, in rare cases, an item may become out of stock after your order is placed.
If this occurs, we will reach out to the email address provided during checkout with alternative options (such as similar styles or colors) at no additional cost.
We will make three (3) separate contact attempts over a 7-day period. If we do not receive a response within that time frame, a full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
